Yes, no hidden costs, the price you see is the price you pay and that includes parking and congestion charges too.
We'll carry out the checks first, then we'll email you an invoice. We'll then send your reports, usually within 24 hours of cleared payment.
We prefer to liaise with the person giving access, whether that's the seller, agent, landlord or tenant. We will initially confirm a day that works for both parties and then give you a fixed time the day before the appointment. No waiting around all day.
All reports are produced on bespoke customised software. You will receive your reports by email and they will be high quality PDF's.
We use WhatsApp and it's very convenient for sharing photos, files and other updates.
